The climate in Sun Valley is unusually harsh. Extreme UV from our high altitude and clean air ages buildings rapidly. This area also has extreme temperature cycling and moisture cycling in the winter that cause building materials to fail rapidly.

Our specialty is to take unusual designs and ideas and develop the plans and details needed for construction.

We bridge the gaps between owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. Because of our decades of local construction and design experience, we draw things that are constructible and perform well in this environment.

PDI is typically booked six months to a year ahead, so please contact us early if you have a project you would like us to be involved in.

Our services include 3d modeling and drafting with Revit, 2d work with Autocad, and field measuring and as-built drawings.
